Ronny Cox - An Evening of Music and Stories

Acclaimed musician, actor and author Ronny Cox will perform at the Woodstock Grill at Seymour Country Club on Thursday, March 2nd, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. for a great evening of Songs, Stories and Out and Out Lies. Cox is a superbly talented actor who has been consistently active in Hollywood for over 40 years portraying a diverse range of characters in films such as Deliverance, Beverly Hills Cop, Total Recall, Taps, Robocop, and more. At the same time, he has enjoyed an incredible career as a real-life singer-songwriter, guitarist and master storyteller. Cox will be accompanied by his new band members, Sal Garza on fiddle and Matt Margucci on muted coronet. This combination of world-class, virtuoso musicians enhances the gift of a consummate storyteller who uses his musical skills and songwriting ability to create an unforgettable performance. Here is a folk musician who incorporate nuances of blues and jazz into his music, and also engages with the audience in a very personal way, leaving them feeling as though they have spent an evening with an old friend.
